Reimaging the Nonprofit

NCCAkron presents a talk with national artists and thought leaders exploring and reimagining the nonprofit model.

The National Center for Choreography-Akron (NCCAkron) presents Reimagining the Nonprofit at the historic Goodyear Theatre on Sunday, June 21st in Akron, Ohio. As part of NCCAkron’s 2026 CAR Summit Convening, The community is invited to experience national thought leaders across dance, music, software technology, philanthropy, law, and public service as they explore and reimagine the nonprofit model. Speakers include Bonnie Brooks (Falls Church, VA), Alejandra Duque Cifuentes (Lacey, WA), Adam Fong(San Francisco, CA), Hope Mohr (San Francisco, CA), a representative of Monkeypod (Kailua, HI), DeMarcus Akeem Suggs (Memphis, TN) and Kate Wallich (Seattle, WA).
